I sometimes create micro-teams with specific strengths. One for high-sheen floors. One for corporate-oriented events. One for sensitive medical equipment zones. That way, I can slot in the right people for the right task.

At the same time, I make sure they can all cover for each other. No single point of failure. If someone’s off sick, the rest need to carry on without panic. That’s how you survive the weird days—because in commercial cleaning, there are a lot of weird days.
